Nexus 1 transforms venture creation from a months-long legal maze into a streamlined, AI-assisted process. Entity formation, DID anchoring, cap table generation, and regulatory compliance — automated and verifiable.
What It Does
Section titled “What It Does”- Entity Formation: Create a legal entity in the optimal jurisdiction, with incorporation documents generated and filed automatically.
- DID Anchoring: Every new entity receives a Decentralized Identifier anchored on-chain — the foundation for all subsequent identity operations.
- Cap Table as Smart Contract: Equity is programmable from day one — not a spreadsheet, but an on-chain record of ownership.
- Compliance Mapping: Regulatory requirements for the chosen jurisdiction are mapped and tracked automatically.

Extraction Path
