Nexus 3 replaces connection-based funding with merit-based capital allocation. Conviction Markets ensure capital moves only when milestones are verified — not when pitch decks are polished.

Four roles drive the system: Curators frame problems, Sponsors commit funding, Contributors build solutions, Verifiers attest milestones. Disputes escalate to Nexus 6 governance.

The Fuel (intent-matching) is the Genesis Cohort venture feeding Nexus 3.
